Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on this website (macvellywellness.com) and in our blog articles, educational materials, and general service descriptions is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be considered, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any individual health condition.
It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of Vera Nyonglemuga, NP, or another qualified health provider, licensed in your jurisdiction, with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website. While Vera Nyonglemuga, NP, is a licensed medical professional, a patient-provider relationship is only established through a formal consultation, intake process, and mutual agreement to engage in services.
Coaching Disclaimer
Our Perimenopause & Menopause Coaching and aspects of Integrative Wellness Consulting are designed to provide education, guidance, and support for lifestyle and wellness optimization. Coaching is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
While our coaching services are provided by a licensed Nurse Practitioner (Vera Nyonglemuga, NP) who brings medical knowledge to the coaching relationship, these services operate distinctly from medical treatment and do not establish a primary medical care relationship or provide specific medical advice for your individual condition during coaching sessions. Coaching focuses on empowering you with knowledge and strategies for lifestyle, mindset, and well-being. For any medical concerns, diagnoses, or treatment, please consult with your medical doctor or a qualified healthcare provider.
